There are several ways you can use a "photo album".  You can create a folder "photo album" in the site index, and then create your actual album's as files and save them in the folder.  Then each "album" will show on your navication bar when "photo album" is clicked.

Or, you can just create photo album files and they will show on your navigation bar.

If you would like to add an additional photo album.  Get into your "edit" mode, go to your toolbox, select "site index" and then "create a new page".  Select what type of page, in this case Photo Album.  Give a title and name.  Work through the prompts... and now you have a new photo album page that shows on the left side navigation bar for your readers to view.
